Pre-Purchase or Process Design

  • Consultation with S/R Representative, on-site.
  • Safety or Mission Critical design process and product selection assistance.
  • Non-Safety or Non-Mission Critical design process and product selection assistance.
  • Field maintenance tool system design and selection assistance.
  • The above items may also be supported directly by internal S/R functions such as Engineering, QA, Customer Service and Sales.

Process Installation

  • Consultation with S/R Representative, on-site.
  • Factory installation of certain Advanced Systems*.
  • Thorough instructions are packaged with all S/R products and most are available on this web site.

Training/Technical Information

  • Technical information on virtually all S/R Torque Application Products is on this site in the Technical Information section.
  • Basic training on torque - "Torque 101" is available as an in-plant session from your S/R Representative.
  • Licenses for S/R training materials on Torque 101 and more advanced topics (presentations and workbooks) may be purchased. Additional training materials are produced every year.

Factory Calibration and Factory-Authorized Calibration

  • Factory calibration is available for all S/R products. Contact S/R using the link in the page header for current pricing.
  • Factory-authorized calibration and repair of Torque Application Tools, with rapid turnaround, is available from Team Torque or J.A. King.
