The LTCS-Series
was designed specifically to fill the needs of production lines
for a tool that would deliver highly repeatable torque in high-volume
use every day. The fixed square drive is part of the wrench tang
for maximum strength, enhancing the durability needed for maximum
ROI.
Features:
- Accuracy
of +/- 4% Indicated Value from 20% to 100% of rated capacity
meets or exceeds ASME B107.14M and ISO 6789 requirements to
deliver consistent assembly quality.
-
- The
LTCS can be calibrated using any unit of torque measurement,
providing the flexibility for use in any plant.
-
- The
LTCS uses a ball bearing rockover assembly to enhance repeatability
and extend tool life, as well as provide smooth operation for
the operator.
-
- The
slender design permits use in limited-access applications where
larger tools simply will not work.
-
- The
light weight and smooth vinyl handle provide good ergonomics,
reducing operator fatigue and enhancing operator acceptance.
-
- Excellent
audible and tactile impulse when torque is achieved, making
it easy for the operator to perform the torque application process
properly.
-
- Adjustments
can only be made using the Combination
Adjusting and Release Tool (CART), enhancing assurance that
the proper torque is set on the wrench.
-
- For
the LTCS 7200I a special Handle Extension is available to reduce
operator effort and enhance ergonomics
-
- A new extension is available for all LTC/LTCR/LTCS torque wrenches of 1800 inch pound capacity and below. This extension permits adding up to 7” in tool length for greater ease of use. Click here for the details!
