The Combination Adjusting and Release Tool [CART] is designed to permit rapid adjustment of S/R's lines of preset torque wrenches. These tools use internal adjustment nuts with internal hex drives to adjust the preset torque and to lock the setting in place. The CART tool allows you to unlock the torque setting, adjust it to the desired level, and lock the new setting in place - quickly and efficiently. Part No. 819117 |
