Sturtevant Richmont announces the implementation of Phase 1 of the redesign of their website, www.srtorque.com. This redesign includes a number of significant changes:

• All products from the S/R Torque Application Systems and Torque Measurement Systems are accessible, along with complete specifications for each.
• Significantly greater use of photographs and diagrams to increase clarity of communication.
• A completely new section devoted to Advanced Torque Systems addresses integration of torque wrenches into automated line controls.
• A very large and completely new Technical Information section provides product prints, calibration procedures, and other instructions in downloadable format.
• A new section provides all contact information for S/R Representatives in the U.S.A.
• A new FAQ section addresses frequently asked questions about torque, torque measurement, torque equipment calibration, torque management, and other torque-related issues.

The redesigned site has maintained the torque conversion tables that have proven so popular.

Phase 2 of the site upgrade begins on May 5, 2002. This phase will see extensive expansion of the technical support features. It will add the answers to more FAQ's, and extend all of the technical information provided.
