Richmont has, virtually since its' inception, sold its' products
through industrial distributors. The industrial distribution channel
is now and has been for decades the most efficient method of providing
assemblers with the tools and expendables they need. Industrial
distributors can provide a level of on-site support and local
inventory that few manufacturers can match. It is simply an inherent
part of the value they add.
S/R has been
and remains committed to the industrial distribution channel as
our method of taking our products to market.
There are
only two exceptions to this, but they do exist. They are:
- Customers
in countries where industrial distribution is effectively non-existent,
or where S/R has no viable distributors, may purchase directly
from S/R.
- Customers
working on product development jointly with S/R on highly advanced
or custom (one-off) systems might be considered for direct sale.
There are other constraints on this, such as distributor involvement
in the selection of S/R as the source for the torque system.
Where a distributor had any significant contribution to the
joint effort, the product will be sold through the distributor.

tool distributor does not carry S/R products, contact us and we
will assist you in finding a distributor that can provide them
and add value to your purchase!
